These terms apply when you use drinkavori.com or buy from us. The site and the Avori brand are operated by Wyze Beverages Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the site you accept these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
Age restrictions
Avori products contain alcohol. You must be 18 or over (or of legal drinking age in your country) to use this site or place an order. It is an offence to buy or attempt to buy alcohol if you are under 18, or to buy alcohol on behalf of someone under 18. We operate a Challenge 25 approach: photo ID (passport, driving licence or PASS-accredited card) may be requested on delivery and the order may be refused and returned if ID is not provided. We may cancel any order we believe breaches these rules.
Orders and prices
Our online shop and checkout are operated using Shopify. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. Prices include VAT where applicable and exclude delivery, which is calculated at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and refuse or cancel an order, refunding you in full where payment has been taken. Products are sold subject to availability.
Delivery
We currently deliver to the UK mainland. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the delivery, and alcohol cannot be left unattended or with a neighbour under 18. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Cancellation and returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an unopened order within 14 days of delivery and return it to us within a further 14 days; return postage is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrect. Opened, damaged or partly consumed products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty or misdescribed goods — contact us and we will replace or refund.
Product information and responsible drinking
ABV, ingredients, allergen and nutrition information is shown on each product page and on the can. Always check the can before drinking. Avori should be enjoyed responsibly and in moderation; UK guidance is to drink no more than 14 units per week. Alcohol is not recommended during pregnancy. Using the site
All brand names, artwork, photography and copy on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any unlawful way. We may change or withdraw site content at any time.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law and contact
