What we collect

• Mailing list: your email address, the page or form you signed up from, your marketing consent and the date and time of each sign-up.
• Enquiries: your name, email address, company or venue (optional), enquiry type and message.
• Orders: checkout is handled by Shopify, which collects your name, delivery and billing address, contact details and order history. Card details are handled by Shopify's payment processors — we never see or store them.
• Site usage: limited technical data (device, browser, pages viewed) and, only with your consent, analytics data.
• Age confirmation: we store your 18+ confirmation locally in your browser so we don't ask again.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To send you news, drops and offers — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To answer your enquiry and manage trade relationships — legitimate interests.
• To take payment, fulfil and deliver orders and handle returns — performance of a contract.
• To keep records required of an alcohol seller, prevent underage sales and prevent fraud — legal obligation and legitimate interests.
• To measure how the site is used — consent (see our Cookies Policy).

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Shopify (store, checkout and payments), our website and database hosting provider, and our email delivery provider. We do not sell your personal data. Some providers are outside the UK or EEA; where that happens transfers are covered by UK/EU approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Mailing list records are kept until you unsubscribe and for a short period afterwards to prove your preference was respected. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Order and tax records are kept for 6 years as required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time (every marketing email has an unsubscribe link). To exercise any of these, email us using the address below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

Our site and products are for adults of legal drinking age only. We do not knowingly market to or collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
